In lieu of third wave of COVID looming at large , on the very first day
of the RY21-22 in line with Celebrating Doctor’s Day, to honor the
recent effort of the Doctor’s to fight the Pandemic , our club has taken
the initiative to aware the people in remote villages & rural areas
about the safety measures needs to be taken to prevent the spread of
COVID and usefulness of getting vaccinated at the earliest through a
door to door awareness session along with Mask & Sanitizer
distribution in two remote villages Khejuriya & Ranibandh in Bankura
District, West Bengal with a population of 235 people consisting of 60
families.
The mentioned project has been implemented in association with a local
NGO in Bankura called Wild Chhotonagpur Plateau.
