Employment Generation for underprivileged youth

RC Central Gardens Calcutta is continuously supporting the cause of employment generation for underprivileged youth from various rural areas of our RI Dist.3291 since last three years. For the RY 2020-21 we have started the first batch of online training the youth from the underprivileged section of the society in Association with ICICI Academy for skills from 03rd July’2020 , training tenure will be 45 days free of cost training and post training candidates will be placed in various corporates in various roles as per their skill sets and qualifications. Basic criteria for the candidates minimum Class XII Passed and age should be minimum 18 years and upper ceiling of age shouldn't cross above 30 years. In the initial batch for this online training we are training 10 underprivileged youth in association with our Two RCC A) Samabyathi ,Baduria ,North 24 Parganas & B) Karanjali Shiv Shakti Sangha, Karanjali ,South 24 parganas, who has identified the beneficiaries’ from their localities.
